Endangered Species of the Week: Saola

We Need to Raise Awareness for all Those Animals Being Hunted and Killed in the World.

ENDANGERED SPECIES OF THE WEEK:

Saola

Saola | Species | WWF

This animal is the MOST ENDANGERED SPECIES IN THE WORLD! This animal was discovered in 1994 when a scientist stumbled upon  a saola skull, horns and all. These animals are so rare that only one human saw them in the wild, in person. If we don’t take action, and maybe even if we do, they’ll be extinct in a few years. The huge reason why they are critically endangered is traps.

Still not convinced?

REALLY!? THIS IS THE MOST ENDANGERED SPECIES IN THE WORLD!

Fine, Imagine that you’re taking a walk. Just a normal walk, down the path you normally take, to a normally, and always, safe place. It’s all safe. Until now. As you take another step, something clamps around your ankle painfully. Sharp metal jaws, digging into your skin. Blood wells around the spot. It is a slow, painful, and bloody death.
