A Moment in History: The Ice Age

After the dinos went extinct, the world became colder and colder. Many other animals became extinct. However, some new animals evolved that were able to handle the cold: The saber-toothed tiger, the wooly mammoth, and the Neanderthals, also known as the cavemen. They developed spears to hunt down the mammoths for food, and even invented staples of modern life such as fire and the wheel. Towards the end of the Ice Age, those animals became extinct and were replaced by the animals we know today,
