Testing Anxiety

Student testing anxiety has become more prominent in today’s world with jobs becoming more competitive. It’s not a surprise that it’s a fear among students that they can fail. Studies have shown that over 18 percent of students have high test anxiety for tests, and that number is only going to rise. In the recent decade it’s more common that jobs are requiring people with a collage background. So in a sense, doing well on tests is really a one way option to get into collages.  Some proposals to help decrease test anxiety are:

1. Work with kids individually.

2. Allow students to snack while working to improve productivity,

3. To be more positive.

Worrying about these tests is an increasing problem that many kids have faced in the recent years.

To conclude this off with a good note: If you ever feel stressed on a test there are effective strategies that can help. Just ask!
